About
David founded Definition Real Estate Group after 20 years building and running Palladium Management, a family-office real estate development, investment and management platform in New York. At Palladium, he set strategy and led every acquisition, development and disposition: sourcing capital, negotiating joint ventures and overseeing operations across multifamily, retail and mixed-use assets.
Earlier, as Director of Asset Management at Infinity Real Estate, David managed the financial reporting, budgeting and capital planning for a $150 million portfolio spanning multifamily, retail, office and hotel assets across three markets. That discipline now anchors Definition's approach to reporting and oversight.
